The brief
Rental operators need boards that survive hundreds of launches a season, are easy to identify and quick to repair. The goal of this programme type is a durable, consistent fleet board with a clear spare-parts and replacement plan.
Specification choices
We typically recommend a 10'6"–11' all-round shape, 15 cm thickness and a double-layer or fusion drop-stitch build for stiffness and abrasion resistance. Extra D-rings, a bungee net and reinforced carry handles are added for operators, and deck pads are chosen in a colour that hides wear.
Branding & fleet management
Each board can carry the operator's logo and a unique fleet number printed on the deck and rail, making check-in/check-out fast. Paddles and bags are colour-matched so complete kits can be identified at a glance.
Quality control
Pre-shipment inspection includes 24-hour pressure-hold tests at working pressure, seam and valve checks, accessory counts and carton drop tests. Photo and video QC reports are shared before balance payment.
What the buyer receives
A sample for sign-off, an approved spec sheet, production QC report, packing list and shipping documents, plus a recommended spare-parts list (fins, valves, leashes, repair kits) to keep the fleet on the water.
